With a 65+ talent roster, which spans over 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm masters multi-platform storytelling. This role reports to the Founder & CEO and requires living in Austin, TX as we have a hybrid office, working from office and remotely. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic guidance to the sales and talent management team, offering expertise across social media, industry trends, brand extensions, and growth strategies. Partnership Development:

Forge and leverage relationships with brand and agency contacts, collaborating closely with the internal Brand Partnerships team to drive deal flow and achieve revenue targets. Brand Alignment:

Ensure alignment between influencer selection, messaging, and social guidelines with brand aesthetics and overarching strategy, working closely with talent account teams. Campaign Oversight:

Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and talent engagement initiatives, ensuring flawless implementation and alignment with objectives. Innovative Business Development:

Develop creative business ideas and ventures tailored to talent strengths, successes, and company growth objectives. Contract Management:

Represent talent in negotiations and oversee the contract process, managing partnerships from inception to completion. Team Leadership:

Define, manage and grow teams within the team, providing guidance and resources to facilitate goal achievement and client success. Opportunity Cultivation:

Generate a steady stream of talent leads, brand partner leads and entertainment event engagements for talent. Industry Awareness:

Stay abreast of new capabilities on existing and emerging social media platforms, integrating insights into strategy development. Business Development:

Contribute to the new business process, conducting research, preparing proposals, and participating in pitches. Qualifications 5+ years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience required for this position Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects.
