Prepare post entry adjustments, protests, binding ruling request, prior disclosures, mitigation of fines, penalties and forfeitures, and reconciliations, as well as assist clients with other customs matters and communications. Requirements Strong writing skills, organized, attentive to detail, able to work well in a deadline driven environment. Experience in nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1) and immigrant matters (PERM, EB-1, EB-2/3). Bachelor's degree required. Experience with LawLogix and government case management systems highly preferred.
