Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to deliver essential real-time application support and guidance through a high-quality experience where the customer receives exceptional support and outstanding customer service.

This is a hybrid role - residents in Colorado (Denver Metro Area)

Some additional duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Address and resolve tickets from affiliates across five channels of engagement: Phone, email, chat, web-submission, and text

Demonstrates a shared sense of urgency during each customer interaction focusing on customer empathy and outstanding customer service

Works in high performing team environment where collaboration, performance and customer experience are the highest priorities

Analyze support inquiries to identify recurring user problems, recommend solutions, and to identify areas where service can be improved

Effectively leverage resources to monitor call-type patterns and isolate developing trends, identifying opportunities for procedural changes within the team as well as cross-functionally with other departments, to increase productivity

Provides technical support of all product offerings

Maintain adherence to service levels, processes, and procedures

Required

skills/certifications

needed:

Sincere passion for delivering exceptional customer service and overall experience

1-2 years experience in application support is preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

Experience in service desk software such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or Zendesk is a plus

Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner across functional and technical departments, both verbally and in writing

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, customer and vendors

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to research system issues and products as required

Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Experience in real estate industry is a plus
