Position SummaryManage foundry continual improvement efforts to ensure customers receive castings which consistently meet or exceed their expectations. Responsible for systematically analyzing scrap to improve yield through tooling modifications and process control.

Essential Responsibilities:

Work with production departments to ensure process consistency through operator training and standard work. Develop and track process KPI's to maintain process stability.Provide input on capital investments and maintenance activities related to process improvement.

Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 10+ years of related experience working with foundry processes
Location:Tallassee, Alabama
