Director of Marketing/Sales and Business Development

As a Director of Marketing & Sales at a prominent pool company, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the marketing strategy, developing our sales team and new business development.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Build innovative sales training that supports our marketing campaigns and delivers sales targets
  • Manage Marketing strategy that successfully conveys our value proposition, and drives traffic
  • Collaborate with vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget

A. PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Marketing/Sales
    • Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
    • Establish and oversee key growth strategy
    • Ensures customer requirements are determined and met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Create and Execute all sales training
    • Develop and track sales numbers. Coach to meet the goals assigned. ATV , Spa goals
    • Conduct periodic marketing analysis
  • Manage advertising and off-site events

C. Skill and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or journalism
  • Excellent writing skills, client-facing skills, and SEO knowledge
  • Sales Training experience
  • Experience with Co-op incentive programs
  •  Project Management skills
  • Email marketing experience preferred
  • Facebook, and Google My Business experience
  • Experience working with retail, home service
