Job Summary Perform a variety of social media and facility support duties including creating and managing social media content, regular inventory updates to company webpage, answering incoming telephone calls, and assisting customers. This is a full-time position, following a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Stage vehicles for photos in designated area. -Provide 25 to 35 consistent and clear photos of each vehicle within 24hours of arriving. -Preview and edit each picture with brand name labeling -Upload completed photos to company website. -Check the website for any inaccuracies and maintain that each unit is uploaded correctly -Greet, assist and direct customers as needed -Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner -Support the service department as needed with coordination and repair order processing -Maintain the social media platforms by providing daily updates and postings relevant to the dealership (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) -Check for accurate postings and provide interactive feedback with consumers -Handoff any questions or comments to the appropriate department to assist the customer -Provide responses to any reviews and meet with management to review as needed -Update customer profiles and print reports to assist the department staff -Assist in facility event management support as needed -Coordinate with other departments as needed to accomplish work duties and responsibilities -Other duties as assigned Position Qualifications -2+ years creating and managing social media content in a professional setting -1+ years editing photos and managing webpage content -Exceptional ability to create unique and engaging content on a daily basis -Associates degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field of study strongly preferred -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills -Strong computer skills, familiarity with Google suite preferred -Ability to work independently -Customer focused mindset with ability to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer experience Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources
