Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Human Resource Generalist at Cosmetic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans as needed.
  5. HR Administration and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  6. HR Projects and Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments on various HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
