Enterprise Architect for the Chief Development Office Organization

What does a successful Enterprise Architect to the Chief Development Office Organization do at Fiserv?

Drive the technological vision of the office of the CDO, ensuring that technological resources align with the company's business needs. Strategically plan and make high-level decisions about current and emerging technologies. With a hands-on Solution Architect mentality.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the research, evaluation, and adoption of new technologies that can improve business processes and product offerings.
  • Lead major IT projects, including proof of concept, CICD Integrations and improvements, and software delivery.
  • Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners, management, investors, and employees.
  • Oversee cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends and how they can be applied to drive business value
  • Proven experience as a Technology Lead, Senior Developer, or similar leadership role in a technology environment (Kafka, Cloud Automation).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends, best practices, and regulatory standards in the industry.
