Job Opportunity: Analyst

At CORE Advisory Partners LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of various initiatives and reporting directly to senior members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create financial models and ad-hoc analysis in Excel from scratch
  • Develop institutional-quality pitch books, investment summaries, management slides, and internal memos in PowerPoint format
  • Analyze and underwrite investment opportunities across various business verticals
  • Support the team and clients in other critical business functions, including investor reporting, diligence, asset management, and portfolio management
  • Assist in the transaction closing process, including due diligence, organizing data rooms, and working with third parties
  • Aggregate and summarize research related to live assignments and for the firm's collective market knowledge
  • Create and manage investor and lender lists for live assignments

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex business situations

  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and economics concepts, including valuation, financial theory, and financial statements
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including creating financial models and presentations
