Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
Work Experience
At least 5 years%26rsquo; experience working with Coupa application with experience such as:
%26middot; Configuration and Master Data: Handle configuration tasks, including maintaining system settings, content groups, enterprise data, company codes, chart of accounts, and tax codes. Ensure that the system is optimally configured to meet business requirements.
%26middot; Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor control reports, analyze data, and assist with creating queries and reports. Keep an eye on system health and performance.
%26middot; User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Coupa system. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
%26middot; Workflow and Process Configuration: Configure requisition, purchase order (PO), and invoice workflows. Understand requirements related to requisitions, POs, and invoices, and tailor the system accordingly.
%26middot; Release Management: Handle system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions.
%26middot; Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly. Maintain documentation for common solutions.
%26middot; Adherence to Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and best practices while administering the Coupa system.
Experience applying project management methodologies.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
  • Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams.
  • Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to assess and initiate actions independently.
  • Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
