Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Achieving Timely Claim Outcomes By Taking Appropriate Actions To Gather Required Information, And Providing Status To Customers.Required Job Qualifications:** High School diploma or a combination of equivalent related work experience and education.* At least 2 years of related job experience in a fast-paced office setting.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.* Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write and speak both languages highly preferred but not required.THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTEMUST BE WITHIN 250 MILES OF POSTED LOCATIONS#LI-REMOTEAre you being referred to one of our roles?
