As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
Taking out the trash
Sweeping/Mopping
Stripping/Waxing
Buffing floors
Emptying Garbage
Other duties as assigned
Term: Full-Time
Days: Mon-Fri - Weekends as needed

Requirements:
1 to 2 years experience as Floor Tech a must 18 years of age or older Good Driving record a must as you will be operating a company vehicle Able to understand written instructions in English
Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to walk; stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with arms; talk or hear
Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Previous floor tech experience a MUST
Positions are contingent on a criminal background check and proof of eligibility to work in the USA
