THE ROLE

An integral team member of Total Rewards, this role will manage foundational Compensation while assisting with incentive programs for the company. The Global Compensation Analyst will serve as an analytical resource for Certinia's compensation projects, programs, and reporting. A passion for data analytics is key, as we want to ensure we leverage internal and external information to shape business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage foundational global compensation plans and programs (benchmarking, salary surveys, pay ranges, assist in semi-annual bonus payout) to align with and support the Certinia business strategy and compensation philosophy
• Participate in and leverage compensation surveys to ensure compensation ranges and structures are competitive; identify trends and offer creative recommendations to support our engagement and retention strategies
• Consult to line management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Success Business Partners regarding Certinia's compensation programs and policies
• Collaborate and advise on proposed pay and job changes, including evaluating new and revised jobs and/or career paths
• Partner with HRIS administrator to ensure job titles, levels and profiles are set up in the HRIS
• Maintain, improve, and continue to build out compensation infrastructure, including tools and dashboards to track and automatically report on variable targets and employee data, administer the corporate incentive program, and salary structures and ranges
• Ensure compensation programs, practices, and policies comply with local laws for both our domestic and international employees

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of domestic and international broad-based Corporate Compensation experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required, with the ability to apply complex formulas and functionality. Some Gsheets work will also be required.
• Experience with compensation administration in HR Information Systems
• Experience conducting research and participating in salary surveys to benchmark and learn industry best practices
• Strategic thinking skills to translate business goals into program design
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build solid relationships with Employee Success and Talent Acquisitions teams and stakeholders at all levels across the business
• Thrive on working with complex issues and generating data-driven, yet creative solutions
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in the Google Suite

Pay Rate: $40/hr
