**Job Title: Senior Accountant** **Location: Boulder, CO** **Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% Onsite**

**Position Overview:** Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm based in the scenic area of Boulder, Colorado They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team Their business casual office environment fosters a collaborative atmosphere, where they are committed to providing our employees with significant opportunities for professional growth.

**Senior Accountant Job Summary:** As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities We are looking for candidates who are proficient in SAP and possess extensive experience in full-cycle accounting This position requires a candidate who can work 100% onsite.

**Key Senior Accountant Responsibilities:** - Perform complex bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information. - Prepare and post detailed journal entries as part of the accounting cycle. - Provide support during the month-end closing process, including preparing financial statements and reports. - Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and accounting policies. - Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve accounting issues. - Mentor junior accounting staff and help foster a team-oriented environment.

**Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role within a manufacturing or similar industry. - Strong proficiency with SAP and thorough knowledge of full-cycle accounting practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proven track record of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
