Responsibilities: - **Greet Customers:** Welcome every customer warmly, making a great first impression. - **Customer Verification:** Accurately verify customer information for both new and returning customers. - **Vehicle Information Collection:** Gather comprehensive details about the customer's vehicle, including year, make, and model. - **Understanding Customer Concerns:** Listen attentively to customers, capturing their concerns accurately to ensure effective service delivery. - **Manage Service Process:** Determine if the customer will be waiting or dropping off their vehicle, providing an estimated wait time and ensuring their comfort during the wait. - **Build Relationships:** Maintain a friendly demeanor, engaging in conversation to build rapport and make customers feel valued. - **Handle Difficult Situations:** Remain calm and empathetic with challenging customers, avoiding confrontations and involving management when necessary. - **Billing and Promotions:** Handle the billing process with care, highlighting declined services and current offers to enhance customer loyalty. - **Office Maintenance:** Ensure the office remains tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a positive customer environment. - **Entertainment Selection:** Manage waiting area ambiance by selecting appropriate TV channels. - **Service Queries:** Assist with estimate requests and address customer questions by consulting with service advisors or technicians for accurate information. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. - A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
