JOB SUMMARY
The Developer will join our accomplished technical team to participate in the architecture, development, testing, and launching of high performance web and digital marketing solutions for a wide range of clients. The developer should have expertise with a wide range of front-end development tools, marketing technologies and outstanding communication skills, which will be critical while working alongside our unparalleled integrated teams. Preferred location is the Greater Indianapolis area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build engaging interactive experiences across a multitude of platforms and devices
Work and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest quality solutions/experiences.
Provide technical insight to both internal and external teams to guide the architecture of digital solutions.
Research, recommend and build proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technologies to enhance user interactions.
Maintain leading-edge knowledge of digital technologies and the role these tools can play in client initiatives.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years experience working as a Developer in an agency environment
3 to 5 years in WordPress CMS development experience
Experience creating engaging digital experiences for front-end web applications
Experience developing with client-side web technologies (JS/CSS/HTML) and cross-client testing (Litmus)
Experience with cross-browser/mobile compatibility and coding techniques (browser stack)
Self reliant with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Detailed understanding of UX and visual design
Knowledge of working within PHP structure
Passion for seeking out, learning and adapting to new technologies
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Ability to pivot based on projects needs and thrive within a fast-paced environment
Consistently seeks feedback and opportunities to expand knowledge base
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of front-end preprocessors
Experience with stand alone app development
AEM Knowledge
Experience utilizing Photoshop/XD/Figma
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or similar
Understanding of server setup and maintenance
SQL/db experience
