They provide fast, friendly, and accurate service for customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, attentive listening, and problem-solving skills. Job Functions:

  • General customer service duties including, but not limited to, warmly greeting customers, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about TVC products and services to be an in-depth resource to our customers.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable TVC products and/or solutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Be eager to acquire new knowledge and embrace opportunities for growth and development.
