We are seeking an IT Account Manager to join our client's team As an Account Manager, you will manage the customer relationship from start to finish, translating their wants into a deliverable opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from potential leads
  • Coordinate vendor agreements with other reps
  • Collaborate with other reps to manage vendor promotions
  • Manage and enter vendor deal registrations
  • Manage distributor relationships with other reps
  • Maintain strong connections with clients
  • Oversee licensing renewals
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Address backorder or discontinued product concerns
  • Follow up on pending opportunities
  • Finalize and close open opportunities
  • Approve and generate final invoices
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of account manager experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
