The Cook 3 is a Line Lead position and requires professional knowledge of cooking procedures and the ability to prepare meals according to established recipes and specifications . Individuals in this role should be passionate about food and cooking and should have a keen eye for detail. Hyatt Centric all started with a passion for sharing our favorite local spots and stories with our guests. This inspired us to create the perfect launch pad - a unique home base with everything our guests need and nothing they don't.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin features 246 guestrooms, 3,000 sq ft. of dedicated meeting space, along with two exciting F&B concepts including an 8th floor rooftop bar. Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline. The 31st floor is the home of the Artist's Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace.
