This role is pivotal in leading Professional Learning Communities, driving professional development, and shaping the curriculum. Responsibilities include guiding/coaching teachers in analyzing MAP and ACT data to enhance curriculum and elevate student learning outcomes and evaluating teachers as part of the coaching process. The Vice Principal will play a key role in strategically planning and implementing the Continuous School Improvement plan.We are looking for a dedicated leader who can support our boarding academy's teachers and students' spiritual, academic, and social development.
