Looking for a Sr. BA Here is what manager is looking for in the resumes We expect a BA to be fully competent and have a full understanding of how to gather requirements. They need to be able to talk like a BA and if I ask them about how they would gather requirements for PPMS application. I don't want a high-level general answer. I want them to be able to describe the type of requirements they would gather. How they would go about it. What documents they would ultimately deliver.-I don't want an 8 page resume. I want two pages of clearly stated requirements gathering experience. We don't need PM or Program, or Agile experience. We need BA requirements gathering experience. Lastly we need someone with the social skills to be able to work with a diverse group of professionals.
