We are a leading LPR company dedicated to providing exceptional support services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Support Systems QA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and ensure the quality and functionality of our support systems.

Job Description:

As a Support Systems QA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our support systems. You will work closely with other teams to understand requirements, develop test strategies, and execute test plans to identify defects and ensure a seamless user experience. You will play a critical role in improving system performance, reliability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring

Daily checks of our basic system (OpenAlpr, Incontrol, VMS/Cameras, Watt boxes)

Technical detail oriented

  • Ticket system manager

Opening, managing, and closing out tickets when an issue is discovered, including the full scope of information that is known and assigning it to the necessary individual who will solve the issue.

Responsible for assuring site health

  • Communication

Communicate the necessary information to the parties affected when opening, closing and throughout the period of the ticket.

  • Parking lot health assurance

Assuring the parking lots original and full functionality is restored post-repair or maintenance.

  • Deep dive monitoring of our parking lots

Methodically monitor the configuration of our lots to ensure we are functioning properly and maximizing our performance on each lot.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

[3] years of experience as a QA Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Experience with testing support systems, CRM systems, or similar applications preferred.

Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CBAP are a plus.
