This person will support back-office functions and will be heavily involved in reviewing cash and asset requests, entering custodial accounting systems with proper coding, and sending taxation and descriptions for approval.Most Important Responsibilities:ad-hoc cash requests including checks, wires, ACH payments, transfers, and receipts.assigned request inboxes, review the requests to ensure all necessary information is included and is accurate, and enter requests into the appropriate custodial accounting system.for identifying, setting up, and maintaining all recurring cash items including bill payments.and maintain client payment schedules and reconcile payment processes daily.exception reports provided by custodian bank and researching discrepancies, and address discrepancies in a timely manner to reconcile cash balances.asset team with asset setup and classification, processing internal account transfers and stock gifting.Private Investment Team in processing capital calls and distributions.account and client data on accounting system, including statement setup, client portal setup, address changes, account/client personnel and investment details.What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:degree in financial, accounting, business administration, or related fieldyears of progressive experience within Trust operations or Wealth Managementof Trust Operations procedures and the processing of induvial account transactionsExcel skillscommunication and ability to meet tight deadlinesBenefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, Sick Time, 401K matching, stock opportunityCompensation: 75 80K#J-18808-Ljbffr
