A nonprofit of community health centers in the Lake George area is in search of a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist/Coordinator to join it's dynamic HR department.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Setting: Administrative Office of large group of Community Health Centers
  • Patient Population: All ages- primary care provider to rural, medically underserved region
Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager, to assist with cycles of the recruitment process , correspond on a daily basis with hiring managers and candidates while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Help answer questions from applicants/ employees about policies, benefits and hiring process.
  • Reconcile weekly invoices for external vendors/agencies
  • Administer workplace assessments for employees and candidates
  • Assist with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, phone screenings, timely candidate/manager correspondence, application review and offer extensions
  • Work closely with Recruitment Leader providing staffing updates to reflect current position standing, candidate feedback, trends etc.
  • Document all candidate activity from phone screens and interviews in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Perform market research on recruitment trends and post jobs
  • Draft offer letters and new hire checklists
  • Manage all requisitions
  • Promote positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Assist in preparation for HR events and work the events as necessary (career fairs, job fairs, orientations)
  • Assists with new-employee orientation as needed, inclusive of preparing paperwork required for new hires and establishment of personnel file.
  • File documents
  • Prepare checklists and presentations on various topics as needed
  • Participate in HR projects and team activities
  • Enthusiastically support the Mission, Vision and Core Values
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or equivalent is required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage details and handle simultaneous projects
  • 1 years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite required
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with others
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with issues
