Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.Provide routine and preventive healthcare services, including annual physical exams, immunizations, and screenings.Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed.Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health records system.
Requirements:
Medical degree from an accredited institution.Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
