We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across e-commerce and enterprise sectors. Join our team of professionals dedicated to promoting creative self-expression and be a part of shaping our company's future.Responsibilities of the Vice President of Marketing:As the Vice President of Marketing, you will report to executive leadership and be a vital member of the team. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies across our brand portfolio, including brand management, online marketing, customer acquisition and retention, forecasting, advertising, analytics, public relations, and corporate communications.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining customers across e-commerce and enterprise segments.- Manage brand performance, marketing efforts, and public relations to enhance brand equity and customer experiences.- Utilize data and market research to drive growth for sub-brands like Blurb, MagCloud, and Publisher Access.- Improve performance marketing by using data insights to deliver targeted campaigns.- Build and lead a collaborative marketing team, focusing on talent attraction and development.- Work closely with the leadership team to drive business success and international expansion.Qualifications:- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, manufacturing, or e-commerce.- Proven track record in performance marketing, translating data insights into effective strategies.- Strong analytical skills for optimizing marketing ROI.- Creative mindset for crafting compelling brand stories and engaging customers.- Dedication to innovation and willingness to test and refine marketing approaches.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and empower team members.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.Why Join RPI Print?- Be part of a passionate team focused on promoting creative self-expression.- Shape the future of a rapidly growing e-commerce and printing solutions leader.- Competitive salary and benefits package available.Join Us:If you are eager to contribute to an innovative and dynamic company, apply now to be part of our team at RPI Print Employment Type: Full-Time
