Program Manager Office of the CEO based out in Princeton, NJ (5 Days On-Site).

Salary:

$140K - $180K + bonus

Program Manager (Strategic Consultant to the CEO)

will Help track strategic initiatives defined by CEO, oversee & lead program management activities which will involve Executive stakeholder interactions and enabling communications with Executive Committee members & their teams.

Experience:
3-8 Years of overall experience creating Dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense etc.
Create leverage for the CEO by driving key company priorities along with tracking & reporting issues by creating Dashboards and providing actionable insights to Leadership/ CEO.

Objectives:
Oversee strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
Filtering key information shared by executive ranks while assisting and communicating with decision- making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, for company climate, employee well- being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Function as liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, including Board members, investors, customers, partners, etc.
Work with CEO and executives on special projects to help define new operational strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:
A mature, dependable, efficient, and reliable problem-solver who can make decisions with limited information. Should possess the ability to influence and drive cross functional initiatives.
Preferably a Masters degree in business administration or a similar field.
Proficient in creating Dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense etc.
Experience of working closely with Executive and Senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Versatile, efficient, and highly productive.
