Treasury Manager
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Manager to oversee their treasury operations. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute treasury strategies that align with the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze short-term debt reports, support cash management, and forecast seasonal debt needs.
  • Maintain debt agreements database, ensure compliance, and oversee global debt compliance process.
  • Assist in managing banking relationships, analyze fees, participate in negotiations, and support rating agency processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to treasury and finance teams, including financial reporting and special projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with capital market activities, including interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks.
  • Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate potential financing options, assess their impact on our financial position, and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing capital market activities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on capital markets activities for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 5+ years of corporate treasury experience.
  • Solid grasp of corporate finance principles.
  • Deep understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and capital markets.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial software
  • Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling.
  • Strong business insight, with exposure to multiple industries.
  • Experience with visualization tools as well as knowledge of financial data and analytics platforms.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
