Pay: $21.50/hr initially
Shift: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm OR 3:00pm- 11:30pm. Possibility for overtime.
Duration: 12-month assignment, likely to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
  • Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers
  • Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and generate required reports
  • Process, audit and file various documentation
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma minimum education.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse, inventory, order processing/order management is required. Supply chain experience is ideal, but not required.
  • MS Office experience is required. Proficiency with MS Excel is highly desired.
