JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide shop floor support in daily problem solving activities.
- Identify and implement projects such as productivity and cost reduction projects in assigned area.
- Develop and maintain appropriate process documentation to support ISO 9000 Certification.
- Create job work instructions as requested on existing and incoming equipment.
- Develop and implement World Class Manufacturing Processes.
- Investigate, justify and implement capital equipment needs.
- Communicate company goals, objectives and philosophies to the workforce.
- Attend communication meetings.
- Follow Emerson Ethics and Safety Programs
- Adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position
- Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
- Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards
