How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: You will be responsible for working closely with the Global and Regional Product Management, Design, Development and Marketing teams to co-create holistic franchise plans for our elevated apparel proposition. In this role you will assist the Apparel Elevation, Product Manager to develop, manage, and execute franchise plans that push culture and our business forward. You will look to streamline and drive efficiencies and new ways of working across the entire product engine. Such as the day-day of the PLM (Product Line Management) process,co-create holistic franchise plans, manage samples, attend, and build presentations and present atkey milestone meetings when necessary. By interacting and deep partnership across Product Management, Development and Design you will ensure all goals of the department are achieved ranging from lifecycle plans, managing a financial target & margin, SKU analysis and on time buy readiness of product. You understand and embrace the apparel industry, streetwear culture, and Lifestyle consumers– including Vans competitive positioning. You have a strong eye for detail. Supporting the product creation process is your way of enabling and supporting creative expression. How you will do it: You must use organizational skills and establish process/procedures to monitor our Icon’s overall performance and health. You will collaborate with your Product Developer and Designer daily to ensure your products and plans are on track and aligned to the product development calendar. Maintaining constant communication and providing full transparency amongst all internal and external partners will be vital when it comes to product delivery dates and key sales deadlines. You will be delivering best in class product that can move Vans into the future. You will also be responsible for key financial targets and yearly performance goals. Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 6+ years related experience and/or training - or equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. What we expect you already know:

Knowledge of Action Sports, Fashion, Sneaker Culture, Art and the global market competitive set. Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Capable of analyzing data and using key findings in decision making Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Confident and comfortable in self-starter environment Detail oriented and deadline driven.

What we will teach you:

Work with your Senior Manager on the development of seasonal/annual product strategies. PLM input and management. Track category margins and FOBs, work with Development to hit seasonal financial targets. Introduce you to key cross functional partners and key account leads.
