  • Receive and verify AP invoices and requisitions
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain vendor rebates and place credit card orders
  • Lead sales and use tax tracking and reporting
  • Assist with employee receivable and liability GL accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
