Education, Licenses, Certifications: Education: BS in health services field (such as Nursing, Athletic Training,Physical/Occupational Therapy, etc) is preferredCertifications Occupational Health preferred, as applicable (e.g. COHN)Intermediate+ English language fluency preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience in related field is preferredQualificationsErgonomics Risk Reduction Program: As the single point of accountability, manage the campus ergonomics risk reduction programs. Prioritize safety and implement measures to reduce ergonomic risks. Chair Ergonomic Committees: Lead cross-functional ergonomic committees. Facilitate collaboration and decision-making to enhance workplace ergonomics. Metrics Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor ergonomic metrics. Analyze trends and report on progress toward risk reduction goals. Human Tech Database Management: Maintain the Human Tech database. Use data insights to drive improvements in ergonomic risk management. Human Tech Validator Qualification: Attain the Human Tech Validator qualification level. Ensure proper training for Human Tech Trainers and Assessors. Case Management Leadership: Engage HR, HSE, Medical and off-site claims team in case management processes. Drive continuous improvement in managing workplace incidents.
