Prioritize safety and implement measures to reduce ergonomic risks. Chair Ergonomic Committees: Lead cross-functional ergonomic committees. Facilitate collaboration and decision-making to enhance workplace ergonomics. Metrics Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor ergonomic metrics. Analyze trends and report on progress toward risk reduction goals. Human Tech Database Management: Maintain the Human Tech database. Use data insights to drive improvements in ergonomic risk management. Human Tech Validator Qualification: Attain the Human Tech Validator qualification level. Ensure proper training for Human Tech Trainers and Assessors. Case Management Leadership: Engage HR, HSE, Medical and off-site claims team in case management processes. Drive continuous improvement in managing workplace incidents.
