To be successful in this role, you must be a high potential leader who is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, effective at collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams, and is able to launch then operate programs that get to market quickly. This leader is responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap that will deliver an industry leading customer experience, while managing the day-to-day operations of an eCommerce site, and everything in between. An interdisciplinary team designs, deploys and manages our eCommerce site leveraging data insights and analytics to drive business growth and exceed customers' expectations. This role will be accountable for operations, digital experience, web development, merchandising, analytics, and business analysis. Partnering closely with internal partners in IT, category management and marketing will be critical to success in this role. Most importantly, this leader will ultimately be responsible for managing an independent P&L and delivering financial results.Job Responsibilities:Partners with team of professionals responsible for end-to-end functions related to site, from development through post-sales support.Owns the B2C direct-to-consumer website vision, strategy, execution, and operations across all digital platforms including Desktop, Mobile and TabletWorks closely with cross functional team on annual budget planning, companywide product priorities, digital roadmaps, and operational KPI's.Execution of agreed upon P&L and performance vs BudgetPrioritizes a multi-year product roadmap, overseeing projects from concept to launch.Works closely with matrixed development team to prioritize work and ensure objectives are met.Co-develop a digital marketing plan that achieves key goals related to customer acquisition and retention that ultimately lead to profit generation.Develop content management strategy and execute in conjunction with internal partnersContinually seek to improve the digital and interactive experiences by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities; key competitor actions; industry trends and emerging customer and market needsDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of digital products; create and implement a process to share KPIs w/ stakeholders.Continue to build internal data analysis capability to make data driven decisions wherever possible.The above position description is intended to describe the general content, identify the essential functions of, and requirements for the performance of this job.It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.Qualifications: Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in Digital Business/eCommerce field in a leadership roleA combination of education and work experience also eligible for considerationExperience:Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar inventory analyst or product management role; distribution and/or buying experience a plusStrong business acumen and solid judgement and ability to make recommendations on business decisionsProven experience using analytical and quantitative information to drive resultsStrong understanding of eCommerce technologies including third-party platformsAbility to lead matrixed teams of people - both internal and external resources- to deliver business solutionsProject management experience - ability to structure work and lead a diverse team of both internal, external, and matrixed resourcesExperience in the automotive industry is a plus but not requiredSkills:In order to successfully perform this role, the following attributes are required:Self-starter with the ability to work independentlyAbility to operate at a hands-on levelCapable of thinking strategically in order to drive business forwardAbility to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires you to dive into the details.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse groups of people to achieve business outcomes.Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with team members from other areas of the businessStrong ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and tasksStrong written and verbal communicatorWhat We Offer-Why ISN:We care about our team members.
