Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Create Repair Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Manage payment process which could including credit, check and cash handling.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Call and collect payments from insurance carriers
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable
  • In charge of office supplies and materials
  • In charge of office cleanliness
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to multitask
  • MUST know Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Reynolds and Reynolds preferable.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Previous experience interacting with customers.
  • Must have very good computer skills, able to learn programs quickly.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Able to be the first point of contact and the friendly face of the Body Shop
  • Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.(not including THC)
  • Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record
