Position Summary: Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Coordinator, E-Commerce will support the E-Commerce Department needs across all retailer.com partners (i.e. Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com and others) and channels. This position collaborates with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Supply Chain teams and 3rd party agencies to execute and optimize our digital assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies across our entire online catalog to support traffic, conversion, sales, and profitable growth plans. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent time management and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage 3rd parties.

Primary Responsibilities Include the Following: Partner with internal cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain) to execute cohesive product assortments, product content, digital shelf management, pricing and promotions, digital advertising, co-op marketing and inventory forecasting & management Provide regular reporting on business performance and against KPIs Project manage and traffic needs across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and agencies to enable flawless Ecommerce execution and optimize conversion and sales. Audit Retailer.com sites for content integrity, completeness, and optimization opportunities Perform other duties in support of overall ecommerce and company goals Stay abreast of ecommerce industry trends and innovations

Primary Requirements Include the Following: Bachelors degree in business, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, and/or related field 1 year of professional experience and demonstrated success in a hands-on ecommerce role, preferably with a health and wellness or beauty brand Solid understanding of Omni Channel Strategy at key retailers like Walmart and Target Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including use of analytical tools and basic retail math Strong desire and capability to dive deep into data and develop actionable insights to drive conversion and sales Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively and prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic environment Proficient in MS Office, Website CMS, DAM, PIM and various Martech solutions Outstanding interpersonal skills, including strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team Capable of doing work in the trenches while still maintaining a strategic perspective Demonstrated ability to influence and develop consensus with cross functional teams Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible to pivot with competing priorities and provide timely crisis management
