**Location Information**

Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, adjacent to the main campus joined our Woodbury community in November 2017.

**Responsibilities:**

Has 24-hour responsibility for managing an effective tenant/resident care process that insures quality care for each tenant/resident and provides ongoing customer service to families and staff. Guides staff in compliance with government regulations. Has overall responsibility for the clinical management of the tenants/residents and the human resource management of the staff.

**Qualifications**

**E****ducation:** Registered Nurse with certification as a Geriatric Nurse desired.

**Experience:** Experienced as a health care leader for at least five years, specifically in housing, skilled nursing, home care, clinical and/or acute care setting .

**Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

* Demonstrated working knowledge of nursing department functions with special emphasis on compliance with Federal and State regulations.

* Knowledge of the scope of the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.

* Demonstrated abilities to participate in and collaborate with groups.

* Ability to positively manage and communicate change and to model appropriate behaviors to staff and others.

* High level of commitment to and success with effective customer service skills.

* Demonstrated leadership abilities.

* Effective time management/prioritization and problem solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Working knowledge of personal computers and related software.

* Current licensure as Registered Nurse with the Minnesota State Board of Nurse Examiners.
