Location Springfield, Mass Salary Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare precise and comprehensive cost estimates for Government construction projects. Manage both large and small project budgets and bid submissions. Collaborate seamlessly with management, superintendents, and senior project managers to ensure the success of projects. Lead the estimating department, including training and developing direct reports. Qualifications 7-20 years of experience in commercial estimating. Bachelors Degree in a Construction-related field (preferred but not required). Proficiency in takeoff software such as BlueBeam, OnScreen, and Planswift. Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and Excel. Willingness to work in the Springfield office and travel throughout Massachusetts/New England for site walk-throughs.
