The Copier Delivery Driver is responsible for performing copier deliveries within assigned territories to clients. You will also perform deliveries to various distribution centers and Marco locations. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Review daily delivery schedule, confirm scheduling calls have been made in advance to client, distribution centers and/or office.

+ Deliver equipment to specified locations ensuring all established quality assurance standards are met.

+ Return equipment that has been marked to come back to distribution centers and place in appropriate area.

+ Pick up appropriate copier equipment and supplies to return ensuring all paperwork is present and completely filled out and turned in to the proper personnel.

+ Obtain client signatures on required paperwork and turn in to designated representatives in a timely manner.

+ Perform product set-ups as needed and requested.

+ Train and remain up to date on set-up and install requirements as copier makes and models change.

+ Conduct weekly maintenance and cleaning of area.

+ Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.

+ Attend required company and departmental meetings.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

+ High School diploma and two years of delivery related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Basic mechanical or electronics background/experience preferred.

+ **LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS**

+ Valid Drivers License, proof of personal insurance and an acceptable driving record.

+ This position requires DOT certification. To become an authorized driver and receive DOT certification, you must comply with all applicable DOT regulations, including but not limited to successful completion of medical and drug evaluations.

+ **REQUIRED SKILLS:**

+ Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Outlook.

+ Demonstrates attention to detail.

+ Effective organizational and time/task management skills.

+ Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.

+ Strong ability to exercise independent judgment.

+ Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.

+ Superior in-person customer service and communication skills.

+ Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team.

+ Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.

+ Working and operating knowledge of computers and networking.

+ **EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:**

+ Standard Marco work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Hours may vary and include nights, weekends and holidays.

+ **TRAVEL:**

+ Frequent travel is required via automobile and includes travel to different Marco distribution center and office locations.
