This 260-bed, community-based, not-for-profit health system offers a dynamic work environment in a vibrant college town with exceptional amenities, schools, and outdoor activities.Position Highlights:Join a growing team of 2 Gastroenterologists with strong support from 2 experienced PA-Cs and 1 NPBrand-new, state-of-the-art GI clinic opening in Spring 2024 featuring 9 exam roomsFirst and only Endoscopy Suite opening in Spring 2024 equipped with Provation technologyCollegial team environment with excellent clinical and administrative supportPractice model includes 3 days of inpatient hospital work and 2 days of outpatient clinicOffice hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Shared 1:6 call rotation with Penn State Health and Geisinger GI groupsEMR: Meditech ExpanseCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with wRVU production incentive$100,000 sign-on bonusCME allowancePaid malpractice coverageComprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsThis position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Gastroenterologist seeking an advanced, supportive clinical setting and work-life balance in a picturesque and intellectually stimulating community.
