Job Description:
The primary role of the Speech Language Pathologist is to direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organizations guidelines, professional standards and community needs. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers; participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved curriculum in Speech Language Pathology, is able to practice unencumbered, is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards, has working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources, full knowledge of residents rights, exudes professionalism in presentation and able to work on multitasks at the same time. In, addition, qualified candidates must have proven success in providing extraordinary care, working as a proactive and contributing part of a dynamic team. Customer service expertise is crucial to ensure patient care is performed with kindness, competence, and compassion.
