Sales Manager / Print & Mail ServicesAre you a highly motivated Sales Manager with a passion for driving revenue growth? We are looking for someone like you to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that our sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.Key Objectives:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectivesManage and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clientsAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competitionProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior managementMain Responsibilities:Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growthCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfactionPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementLead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with key accounts and customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales managementProven ability to lead and motivate a sales teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to develop and implement sales strategiesExperience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting salesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldProficiency in Salesforce, ACT or other CRM softwarePreferred Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field5-10 years in sales leadership roleExperience in the print, mailing, equipment, or manufacturing industriesStrong, established relationships with large organizations, governmental agencies, medical facilities, utility companies, etc.Active in community or business groups or organizationsAbout Us:Arkansas Mailing Services was formed in 2004, in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
