Lexington Eye Associates is recruiting for a BC/BE Comprehensive, Glaucoma or Cornea fellowship-trained physician to enjoy growth within a high-demand practice, offering a healthy comprehensive ophthalmology patient mix. Lexington Eye Associates is a busy and growing, multi-specialty eye care center serving eastern Massachusetts communities for more than 53 years. · This position is primarily for our Dedham location, where our new provider will be immediately busy both clinically and surgically.

Referrals from two existing later stage providers and a robust network of referring optometrists and primary care providers will ensure a full schedule. · Must have excellent Cataract surgery skills including M.I.G.S. · Short pathway to partnership that includes ownership in practice, optical shops and commercial real estate. · Practice is 100% physician owned (no private equity). · Our offices are in beautiful MA communities that enjoy excellent school systems, and plenty of activities (both indoor and outdoor) for you and your family to enjoy.

Very close to Boston where you will find professional sports including Boston Celtics, New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and the Boston Bruins. Qualified candidates will be Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Active MA medical license is preferred. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent clinical and communication skills and a strong commitment to serve our multicultural population.
