Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team at Lexington Eye Associates.

About the Role:

• Provide comprehensive eye care services to patients in our Dedham location.
• Perform cataract surgery, including M.I.G.S.
• Develop strong relationships with referring optometrists and primary care providers.
• Participate in a short pathway to partnership, including ownership in practice, optical shops, and commercial real estate.
• Join a 100% physician-owned practice with a strong infrastructure and fully integrated Epic EMR.

Requirements:

• Board Certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
• Active MA medical license preferred.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to serving a multicultural population.
