Innerhalb der Organisation ist das Produktteam Eigentmer und kommerziell verantwortlich fr die erfolgreiche Geschenkkartenfamilie von Gutscheingold Gift Cards in Deutschland und das preisgekrnte One4all Gift Card Sortiment in den Niederlanden, Grobritannien, Irland, Frankreich und Belgien. Wir treiben die Expansion dieser Produkte in neue Gebiete voran.

Responsibilities:
- Als Produktmanager (m/w/d) tragen Sie die volle Verantwortung fr die Einfhrung und Entwicklung unserer wichtigsten Multi-Choice-Produkte innerhalb unseres Portfolios in EMEA.
- Sie tragen zur Markenstrategie bei und untersttzen das gesamte BHN-Team bei der Umsetzung und Leitung dieser Strategie.
- Sie sind in der Lage, Chancen in groen Mrkten zu identifizieren und neue Mrkte zu erkennen.
- Sie dienen als Brennpunkt der Kommunikation mit qualitativen Zahlen, Daten und Fakten sowie einem Finanzmodell.
- Durchfhrung komplexer Verbraucheranalysen und Ermittlung von Trends im Verbraucherverhalten
- Beherrschen von Competitor Intelligence und Expertenwissen ber die Aktivitten unserer Wettbewerber sowie die Fhigkeit, internen Stakeholdern Wettbewerbsstrategien zu erlutern.
- Bestimmen der Customer Journey, der Produktmerkmale und des Formfaktors
- Unabhngige Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, die bereits auf dem Markt sind
- Vollstndige bernahme der Verantwortung fr Produktwebseiten und Social-Media-Kanle
- Identifizierung von Verkaufs- und Werbemglichkeiten
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung der Performance auf Basis definierter KPIs
- Wichtige Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenbereichen innerhalb der Organisation wie Logistik, Vertrieb, Marketing und Implementierungsmanagement

Qualifications:
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfgen ber exzellente schriftliche und mndliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Eine weitere Fremdsprache ist fr diese Position in einem internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil.
- Sie haben Ihr kaufmnnisches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung im Produktmanagement
- Sie haben bereits 3-5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Markenfhrung von Konsumgtern und im Management von Projekten gesammelt
- Sie haben bereits einige komplexe Projekte geleitet und sind mit Projektmanagement-Tools vertraut.
- Sie haben sich mit strategischen Themen beschftigt und wissen, wie man eine Vision entwickelt und die Strategie in die Praxis umsetzt
- Persnlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ein hohes Ma an Motivation, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative, Neugierde und Gestaltungswillen aus
- Eine selbststndige, strukturierte, flexible und kreative Arbeitsweise, ein effizientes Zeitmanagement und eine ausgeprgte analytische Denkweise sind fr Sie selbstverstndlich
- Sie verfgen ber sehr gute schriftliche und mndliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und haben einen guten Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten sowie erste Erfahrungen mit PowerBI und Wordpress runden Ihr Profil ab.
