Lead one of the Shops in PF activity, as an immersion to Michelins culture & Industrial processes.
Manage and lead the team with exemplary, being a reference of ICARE behaviors in the region.
Achieve a healthy work environment which supports engagement and performance, measured through Moving Forward Together survey.
Create and deploy the multi-year and annual plan for the Shop. Drive the action plan, projects and align the resources (people, competencies, investment, etc) to achieve the engaged performance.
Strengthen the safety culture in the Shop, where it is the main value and employees take responsibility of themselves and others in the group (interdependence).
Strengthen quality culture in the Shop, in collaboration with Quality-Guarantee team, to be benchmark in right-at-the-first time and variation reduction.
Ensure a succession plan for the shop that guarantees business continuity, with a vision of the talent & competency needs in the long term.
OR is implemented in the Shop. Managers have internalized and practice the 4 principles of the Michelin MAPP (Team based) model.
There is a visible step change improvement in MMW practices and projects in the Shop.

MUST HAVES:
Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial, Mechatronics, or a similar background
The successful candidate will have ~10 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing. At least 3-5 years of experience as Production or Plant Manager, managing large teams (+100), experience with unions is desirable.
Demonstrate Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Experience leading high-impact projects such as: launch of new production lines, new technologies, culture transformations.
