Executes organizational talent management activities as it relates to talent acquisition, recruitment processes, recruitment marketing and employment brand. Enter and update recruitment records in UKG HRIS – oversee system for accuracy. Provide updates on recruitment progress via weekly and monthly reports to internal. Monitors recruitment progress, set hiring priorities and track recruiting activity. Assists People Operations Assistant Director with managing vendors and appropriately leverage search firms; build relationships with agencies for both contingent and retained. Be an Ambassador of the REDW brand online and at live and virtual. Participates in and hosts recruitment events to drive brand awareness of REDW.
