The Senior Recruiting Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting owning multiple requisitions and partnering with hiring leaders to attract and select high-performing talent for REDW. You are a natural talent hunter that has high energy and professionalism. You will excel at creating sourcing plans, attracting qualified candidates using social media and team member referrals, and creating and maintaining a pipeline of candidates.

Proactively source qualified professionals to fill open requisitions and maintain a talent
Work closely with various stakeholders on all diversity & inclusion initiatives involving recruitment to continue to build a high-performing workforce.
Executes organizational talent management activities as it relates to talent acquisition, recruitment processes, recruitment marketing and employment brand.
Utilizes and develops social media initiatives as part of a recruitment plan to drive candidate engagement and hiring efforts.
Lead talent acquisition efforts for all locations; full-cycle recruitment - partners with department heads to assess needs and fill required open positions using company resources.
Provide excellent candidate experience to internal and external candidates.
Evaluates and refines hiring processes that produce high quality candidates.
Effectively manages change; creates buy-in with stakeholders and communicates clearly.
Support campus recruitment efforts and accompanying strategies; on site recruitment, builds relationships with targeted Universities to support and enhance the firm’s internship May participate in similar activities in other states as needed.
Identifies alternatives sources of talent and talent pools, e., Technical Colleges.
Partners with Marketing to ensure REDW Careers page is up to date and positions are posted on appropriate social media channels.
Maximizes direct sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, other web-based sources, and various other channels to identify best qualified candidates for REDW.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems to support People Operations and talent acquisition goals.
Support People Operations information systems, (including HRIS) and processes associated with all talent acquisition functions including recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance.
Enter and update recruitment records in UKG HRIS – oversee system for accuracy.
Provide updates on recruitment progress via weekly and monthly reports to internal.
Monitors recruitment progress, set hiring priorities and track recruiting activity.
Assists People Operations Assistant Director with managing vendors and appropriately leverage search firms; build relationships with agencies for both contingent and retained.
Be an Ambassador of the REDW brand online and at live and virtual.
Participates in and hosts recruitment events to drive brand awareness of REDW.
Assist People Operations Department in the research, development, and deployment of new approaches, policies, and procedures to impact the Firm’s strategic goals to strengthen employer proposition value.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice and make recommendations for changes.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Must have clear understanding of topics including recruitment, hiring, interviewing and state and federal labor laws and regulations applicable to recruiting, interview and hiring.
Must have multi-state recruitment experience.
Experience and strong understanding of HRIS and related processes, including reporting metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, leaders, and team members to deliver an exceptional level of internal/external customer service.
High level of discretion to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation.
Written communication skills at a level to produce manuals for training, policy and procedures, and general communications provided to the Firm by the People Operations Department.
Ability to effectively provide feedback to others regarding interview strategies.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency at the intermediate to advanced level of all Microsoft Office software.
Proven success of hiring positions across various functions at the professional level.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

Associate's degree
Five years of experience in internal full life cycle recruiting.
Minimum of three years of experienced in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing recruiting best practices.
Experience with diversity recruiting and able to create a pipeline of diverse candidates.
