Primary Duties and Responsibilities

-Performs general office duties such as: filing, ordering office supplies; distributing mail; photocopying/collating and assembling documents
-Performs invoice administration: review invoices, identifies accounting string, submits invoices for timely payment
-Prepares meeting materials, posts meeting follow-up items, may take minutes and attendance for department meeting
-Coordinates data collection and preparation of operating unit and monthly reports
-Coordinates with other support staff to plan department activities and events
*Senior Levels: Entry Level Duties Plus Additional Responsibilities

Successful Candidate Must Have:

-A high school diploma.
-A valid driver’s license
-Computer skills, basic data entry and reporting skills. 
-Admin Spec II: 4 years of work experience consisting of reception, administrative functions, and/or customer service functions.
-Senior Admin Spec: 2 years as an Administrative Specialist II or 6 years of related administrative experience 
-Preferred: Associate Degree
-Preferred experience in a utility environment, strong verbal and written skills, Microsoft products, budgeting experience, multitasking, legal experience
 

WORKING CONDITIONS 
Normal office environment.
