Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and optimization of our marketing technology ecosystem, including Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics. This role will play a crucial part in driving digital marketing strategies, improving customer engagement, and enhancing the overall marketing effectiveness of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and configure the technical components of Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics platforms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and implement advanced data management strategies, including data integration, data transformation, segmentation, and predictive analytics, to derive meaningful insights and enhance targeted marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute complex marketing campaigns, leveraging the advanced capabilities of the marketing technology stack.

- Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to improve campaign optimization and customer engagement.

- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on the marketing technology landscape, educating and training team members on the effective use of the platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Manage and coordinate the integration of new marketing technologies and tools, ensuring seamless implementation, data migration, and user adoption within the organization.

- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained across the marketing technology ecosystem.

- Develop and maintain custom integrations, APIs, and automation workflows to enhance the interoperability and efficiency of the marketing technology stack.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a technical marketing or marketing technology role.

- Proven expertise in administering and configuring the technical components of Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics.

- Advanced proficiency in data management, including data ingestion, transformation, segmentation, and predictive analytics.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and customer journey optimization techniques.

- Excellent programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and Python.

- Hands-on experience with API integration, custom development, and workflow automation.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical support to cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability to staying current with emerging marketing technology trends and best practices.

- Relevant certifications in Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics are highly desirable.
