Description

CentroMotion is looking for a passionate marketer to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator . The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various Marketing Communications activities to drive brand awareness in the marketplace. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Marketing Communications team, as well as cross-functional teams within the organization, to build effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our business. This individual will support innovative promotional plans to strongly drive new product launches, maximize commercial success, align with the corporate brand and support product line sales.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing department’s campaigns by coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally with various parties, internal/external vendors and greater marketing and brand teams. Creating, proofreading and editing for various marketing sources to ensure consistency in branding. Regular coordination and relationship management with external vendors to ensure timely execution and high quality of marketing projects and campaigns. Using key performance indicators to evaluate the performance of ongoing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports. Coordinating products, events or content marketing via various channels including emails, social, digital, etc. Plan and support meetings, events, trade fairs, conferences, etc. by identifying opportunities, assembling, and coordinating details, establishing contacts, developing schedules, agendas, assignments, recaps, etc. Maintaining a sales support material inventory, ensuring all resources are updated and accurate and the coordination of new materials as needed.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing Communications or relevant discipline. Associate’s degree required.

Experience And/or Training

2-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications creating content, managing tradeshows/event planning and managing social media platforms. Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development—strong work ethic. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to adjust to changing priorities – ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively create content and cross functionally partner with other areas of the business.

Technology/Equipment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and social media marketing tools a plus.
